About the event
The Grief Recovery Method group is an 8-week journey designed to gently guide you through your grief in a safe, supportive space. Each week, we come together for guided exercises, heartfelt discussion, and practical tools to help you acknowledge and release unresolved emotions.
As part of the group, you’ll receive:
Session materials to help you reflect and engage with your grief
Gentle homework exercises to continue your healing between sessions
