My Story
Welcome. I’m Danielle, a Somatic EFT Coach focused on helping you achieve emotional clarity and self-regulation.
You don’t need to tell your whole story or relive trauma to find relief. Together, we’ll focus on what’s happening in your body and mind in real time, guiding you to stay with it - just enough - for your system to process and shift.
Through body-based tools and the process of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), we can reduce overwhelm, shift limiting patterns, and build your ability to tolerate discomfort without bypassing it. You set the pace, and I help guide you to stay present, grounded, and in control of your experience. The result is you feeling lighter with a body and mind that are working together better.

How It Works
The Process
1. Free consultation:
20-minute video call to determine fit and clarify focus.
2. Initial session
A 75-minute deep dive to identify core issues and set a clear direction.
3. Session series:
Most clients complete roughly 8–12 sessions. Format and pacing are personalized and some find they feel better and notice changes within the first session.

Build Capacity
Learn how to stay with your experience instead of fighting it. Through mindful body tracking - I’ll guide you to slow down, feel more, and develop a system that can hold what’s difficult without shutting down or spinning out.
Integration
Embrace Discomfort
Together we make space for what's causing you challenges and the beliefs underneath them. When you stop bracing against discomfort, and instead turn towards it, something interesting happens and what was once painful becomes bearable, and eventually, transformable.

Relief doesn't actually come from fixing yourself, it comes from building a relationship with what’s true in the here and now. When we work at the level of the body as well as the mind, we're able to reach new levels of self acceptance and compassion which helps with everything work better.
